Brighouse High School is looking for a Catering Manager to lead the on-site kitchen, taking day-to-day charge under the Facilities Manager. You will develop menus, oversee food ordering and preparation, and organise kitchen staff to run a busy catering operation.

The post is term-time only with training and cleaning days; use your own transport for a split-site campus; Enhanced DBS clearance is required and there is no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification is required.
• Experience of large-scale catering is required.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.

• Co-ordinate day-to-day running of the school kitchen.
