Caterlink is hiring a Catering Manager for Jeavons Wood, Cambridge. This term-time only role provides flexible scheduling with no weekends and 30 hours per week. The rate is £16.50 per hour.

You will lead kitchen operations, prepare and present food to required standards, manage health and safety, supervise staff, control inventories and budgets, and act as the primary client contact at the school.

Qualifikationen

• Term-time only contract with 190 work days per year.
• Experience in catering/food preparation and presentation to client standards.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
• Ability to manage a site, supervise staff, budgets and inventories.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure the location meets Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for great food and service by exceeding expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day running, supervise teams, manage inventories and budgets, implement action plans.
• Be the main client contact at the school, implementing adjustments and improvements.
• Regularly report KPIs and financial targets to the line manager.
• Train and develop teams, ensuring training is completed and performance is managed.
