Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking a Relief Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across our locations. You will be based at Pendleton Gateway and work in various schools and buildings within the base area.

The role runs 10 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 5pm–7pm) during term time. A DBS check is required, with cost borne by the applicant. Benefits include LGPS, cycle schemes and health packages.

Qualifications

• DBS check required and cost payable by applicant.
• Post subject to DBS clearance and may be deducted from first wages.

Responsibilities

• Clean multiple schools and non-educational buildings within the area of your base school.
• Duties include cleaning, buffing, sweeping, vacuuming and other general domestic cleaning duties.
