Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking a Relief Cleaner to cover cleaning duties across multiple locations with Springwood Primary School as base. You will work 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:30pm–5:30pm, term-time only.

The post is fixed-term until April 2027 and involves cleaning, buffing, sweeping and vacuuming in schools and other buildings in the area. DBS check is required and cost is borne by the applicant.

Qualifications

• Cleaning duties include cleaning, buffing, sweeping, vacuuming and other general domestic duties.

Responsibilities

• Work in various schools and non-educational buildings within the area of the base school.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for a pleasant environment for visitors and staff.
