Job summary

Salford is seeking a Relief Cleaner to join the city-wide facilities team. You will work 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday 5pm-7pm, term time only, across multiple schools and buildings in the area.

Your role ensures a clean, welcoming environment for visitors and staff by performing cleaning, buffing, sweeping and vacuuming to a high standard. The post is fixed-term until April 2027, with competitive pay and access to the LGPS pension scheme, plus additional employee benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• Duties include cleaning, buffing, sweeping and vacuuming to a high standard.
• Term time only working on a part-time schedule (evenings).

Responsibilities

• Cleaning in various schools and non-educational buildings within the base area.
• Buffing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning and other general domestic cleaning duties.
