Job summary

HRUC (Harrow, Richmond & Uxbridge Colleges) is seeking an Outreach Learning Support Assistant to support learners with disabilities on work experience placements, coordinating journey plans and employer expectations. You will also link the placement with the Learning Support team, sharing feedback and observations.

You will provide class-based learning support when not on placement and work as part of a team to motivate and support young people, with some travel to employers’ premises.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people with learning difficulties/disabilities.
• Ability to plan journeys, manage timekeeping and support learners on placement.
• Ability to work as part of a team and travel to employers' premises.
