Complete Childcare Ltd in the United Kingdom is hiring an unqualified Nursery Practitioner on a term-time basis to join our warm and welcoming nursery team at Our Den, Lower Earley. The role offers 40–45 hours over 5 days with a salary of £22,674.64 - £25,508.97.

You will benefit from paid 45-minute breaks, a childcare discount, attendance bonuses up to £500 per year, wellbeing days and a twelve-week training bootcamp at one of our settings.

Qualifications

• Unqualified Nursery Practitioner role, training provided on joining.
• Experience with EYFS planning and observation is desirable but not required.
• Ability to maintain safeguarding and welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment.
• Plan and document learning through observations and tracking progress in line with EYFS.
• Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues and external agencies.
• Safeguard children and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting nursery environment.
• Participate in training, staff meetings and nursery events.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education by creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive
• Plan and document learning through observations planning and tracking progress in line with EYFS requirements
• Build strong relationships and maintain positive communication with parents colleagues and external agencies
• Safeguard children by following all safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns promptly
• Maintain high standards by keeping the nursery environment clean organised and inviting
• Continue your growth by participating in training staff meetings and nursery events
