Complete Childcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the Lower Earley Day Nursery team in Reading. You will deliver high-quality care and education, plan activities aligned with EYFS, and maintain up-to-date observations and learning journeys.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding care and education to children, meeting the highest standards.
• Plan and implement activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring observations, learning journeys, and planning are up-to-date and relevant.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive environment that supports children’s individual development and promotes British values.
• Safeguard children’s welfare, promptly addressing and escalating concerns as per safeguarding policies.
• Ensure all paperwork, including registration forms, settling-in documents, and daily records, is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining high-quality environments that respect and support children’s diverse needs and stages of development.
• Promote equality of opportunity and ensure that children with additional needs are fully supported, working collaboratively with external agencies when required.

Location: Lower Earley Day Nursery

Salary (Based on 45 hours): £30,443

Hours: 40 or 45 per week over 5 days
