Complete Childcare is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for term-time lunch cover at Our Den, Lower Earley. This part-time role involves 15 hours across 5 days, 11am–2pm, supporting a warm, nurturing nursery.

The post requires EYFS knowledge, safeguarding commitment and a passion for early years education, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Strong passion for working with young children and safeguarding.
• Good understanding of EYFS and ability to work in a team.

Term Time Only Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Lunch Cover

Location: Our Den, Lower Earley

Salary: £8,703.69

Hours: 15 hours across 5 days (11am till 2pm)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming and nurturing nursery as part of our lunchtime support team on a term time only contract. Our children thrive, our staff feel valued, and we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care and education.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and is looking for a part-time position during the middle of the day, term time only, supporting our team during busy periods.

Your Main Role and Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences following the EYFS framework
• Support children's development and learning through play
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Assist with daily nursery routines including mealtimes, transitions and outdoor play
• Support the team in maintaining high standards of care and safety
• Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
