Job summary

Complete Childcare is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for term-time lunch cover at Our Den, Lower Earley. This part-time role involves 15 hours across 5 days, 11am–2pm, supporting a warm, nurturing nursery.

The post requires EYFS knowledge, safeguarding commitment and a passion for early years education, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Strong passion for working with young children and safeguarding.
• Good understanding of EYFS and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning experiences within the EYFS framework.
• Support child development through play and routine.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Assist with daily nursery routines including meals, transitions and outdoor play.
• Maintain high standards of care and safety in a nursery setting.
• Contribute to a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
