Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting a Term-time only Nursery Practitioner for nurseries around Walsall, starting in September in Bloxwich. The role focuses on providing individualized nursery support and helping with tailored activities.

You will work closely with teachers to nurture academic, social and emotional development in a caring environment. We value empathy, strong communication and flexibility to adapt teaching strategies for each child.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Childcare (or ratio equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a Nursery.
• Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
• Patience and resilience, with ability to provide emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to all children in the Nursery.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored lessons and activities.
• Support the student's academic, social and emotional development.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles.
• Assist with assessment of progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
