Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner for a term-time role in a Walsall nursery starting in September. You will support children's learning, collaborate with teachers, and foster a caring, inclusive environment to promote confidence and independence.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2/3 Childcare or equivalent, strong empathy, and excellent communication skills to engage with pupils, staff, and families.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 childcare or ratio equivalent and experience in a nursery.
• Strong empathy and understanding of individual needs.
• Excellent communication with students, staff and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to all children in the Nursery.
• Collaborate with the classroom teacher to plan and deliver tailored activities.
• Support academic, social and emotional development of pupils.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment for student growth.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet each student’s learning style.
• Assist with assessment of progress and provide feedback to teachers/parents.
