Job summary

Norse Transport Division is seeking a Minibus Driver for term-time work at the Kings Lynn Depot. You will work alongside a Passenger Assistant to transport vulnerable children and adults, delivering a caring, tailored service during journeys across Norfolk.

Applicants must hold a full, clean D1 entitlement. The role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday with AM and PM school runs during term time. Competitive pro rata salary applies.

Term-Time Minibus Driver required in Kings Lynn

£26,546.33 Pro Rata (based on a 40-hour working week), equivalent to £12.76 per hour

Fixed Term Contract for 3 months

25 hours per week

Monday to Friday, AM and PM shift each day

Norse Transport Division are currently seeking an experienced Minibus Driver to work at our Depot based in Kings Lynn.You will work alongside the Passenger Assistant to transport our vulnerable children and adults to and from their destinations, supporting their wellbeing, providing a caring tailored service and ensuring a successful journey.

The role

As the Minibus Driver you will be responsible for playing a vital role in supporting our vulnerable children and adults in their journey. This is an essential service we operate across Norfolk. You will have hands on experience building relationships with our clients providing a caring tailored service to the local community. This can be a physical role as you will sometimes be required to carry out physical tasks such as lifting wheelchairs or securing items in the vehicle using ratchet straps.

This position is offering 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday working both AM & PM school runs during term-time.

Applicants must hold a full, clean driving licence with category D1 entitlement.
