Lift Caldicotes is seeking a Midday Supervisor to oversee students during lunch, ensure safety, and support positive behaviour across break times within our school environment. The role focuses on supervision in dining areas and outdoor spaces, with emphasis on safeguarding and a caring approach.

No formal qualifications are required; you will work 12:00–13:00, Monday to Friday, as part of our term-time schedule.

Formación

• Experience supervising children or young people (parent, carer or setting).
• Patience, empathy and ability to relate to young people.
• Available to work 12noon till 1pm Monday to Friday.
• Understanding of SEND (or willingness to learn).
• Basic first aid training is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Keep students safe as they move around the school and use the dining areas.
• Watch over students during lunch breaks and help manage behaviour in a calm and fair way.
• Spot hazards or concerns and take action to keep everyone safe.
• Support students who may be upset or experiencing bullying, and share concerns with staff.
• Help organise lunchtime clubs or activities when needed.
• Keep tables and benches clean and tidy after meals.
