Job summary

Leigh Academy Hartley is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join during term time. The role is part-time, 7.5 hours per week, across Reception to Year 6, with a focus on safe dining, student welfare and playground supervision. Qualifications

• Empathy, energy and enthusiasm to support pupils during lunchtime.
• Commitment to working as part of a friendly team during term time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pupils enter dining room safely and behave while queueing for meals.
• Assist with spillages, cut up food and care for pupils’ personal needs.
• Clear tables, wipe down surfaces and maintain a clean environment.
• Collect pupils from collection point and supervise mealtime areas.
• Offer first aid where applicable during mealtimes.
• Supervise the playground for an hour to ensure safety.
