Job summary

Lyppard Grange Primary School in Worcester is seeking an enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor to work term-time only, two days per week (Monday and Friday) from 12:00 to 1:30pm, with a permanent contract.

The role involves supervising children in the hall during meals, encouraging and monitoring play, and supervising children in classrooms during adverse weather. Safeguarding checks, including enhanced DBS, will be carried out.

• Enthusiastic, dynamic and committed individuals required.
• Post involves supervising children during lunch and actively encouraging and monitoring play.
• Supervise children in classrooms during adverse weather.
• Safeguarding responsibilities including DBS checks and other statutory checks.

Responsibilities

• Support children in the hall during lunch and monitor playgroups.
• Encourage safe, happy play and supervise groups of children.
• Supervise pupils in classrooms during adverse weather when needed.
