Job summary

Woolmer Hill School is seeking an MDSA to support lunchtime supervision across the primary age range. The role focuses on keeping children safe, happy and healthy during lunch breaks, while promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing.

You will be friendly, organised and capable of building strong relationships with children and staff, with training provided. Flexible, enthusiastic and confident, you will use your initiative and work well independently within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a primary school is desirable; full training provided.
• Must be organized, positive and able to build good relationships with children and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to use initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure children are safe, happy and healthy during lunchtimes.
• Supervise lunchtime activities and behaviour.
