Job summary

Larkhill Primary School in Salisbury is seeking a part-time MDSA to supervise lunchtimes for our primary students. The role offers 5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during the 12.15–1.15pm slot, term time only, with start ASAP.

You will contribute to a safe, positive lunchtime experience, working as part of a friendly team and supporting pupils with behaviour and welfare during the mid-day break. Experience with safeguarding and good communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about working in a school environment.
• Able to communicate confidently with children and staff.
• Aware of the importance of child protection and safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Support lunchtimes to ensure a safe, positive experience for primary-aged children.
• Assist during lunch breaks and supervise children in the dining hall.
• Help maintain a calm, orderly lunchtime environment.
