Job summary

Chiltern Recruitment represents a well-established organisation based in Slough seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator to support transport and admin operations. The role is term-time, full-time, Monday to Friday with additional Saturdays.

Actual salary is 25,000 to 28,500 per annum, plus contributory pension and Employee Assistance Programme. This position requires strong organisation, accuracy and robust communication across a busy office.

Qualifications

• Experience using databases or management information systems.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating daily transport arrangements and ensuring services operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases and systems.
• Producing reports, documentation and other administrative information as required.
• Liaising with colleagues and service users to resolve queries and communicate changes.
• Supporting the wider office team with general administrative duties.
• Managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
