You will work with Inclusion, SEND and Pastoral teams to promote positive behaviour, monitor progress, and deliver learning activities for individuals and small groups.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Ability to support students with additional needs and EHCPs.
• Collaborative work with Inclusion, SEND and Pastoral teams.

Responsibilities

• Support student induction, assessment and intervention.
• Assist with planning and delivery of learning activities for individuals and small groups.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Support targeted activities or clubs during break, lunchtime or after school.
• Work with the Inclusion Team to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.
