Tany’s Dell Primary School and Nursery is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a dedicated team. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with term-time hours plus inset days.

The successful candidate will plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences, assess children, and contribute to learning journeys within EYFS. Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to high expectations to meet the needs of all children.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum.
• Emerging understanding of Key Stage 1 Curriculum and how young children learn.
• Ability to contribute to planning.
• Ability to assess children and contribute to their learning journeys.
• Experience of working collaboratively within a team of people to provide a stimulating learning environment.
• Ability to share expertise, knowledge and understanding of young children’s needs and achievements with parents and staff.
• Experience of SEND in an inclusive environment.
