Job summary

New Bradwell Primary School in Wolverton is inviting applicants for Early Years Practitioners to join our new provision for 2 and 3 year olds. This 19.5-hour per week role runs term time plus 3 days, with a salary of £12,079.62 – £12,272.04.

Level 3 EY qualifications (or equivalent) and experience with ages 2–5 are required. You will implement a high-quality early years curriculum, observe development, build strong relationships with families, and support smooth transitions to school.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 2–5.
• Passion for learning through play and ability to scaffold play.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver a high-quality early years curriculum.
• Work with EYFS leaders to develop the provision for 2–4 year olds.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress using various methods.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support families.
