Greenleas School in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a term-time only Early Years Practitioner to lead play-based learning for children aged two to four. You will run role play, storytelling and early phonics while supporting children’s confidence and curiosity across the pre-school and pre-reception provision.

The position is 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with progression opportunities across the two school sites and a commitment to Inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified early years practitioner.
• Consistently high standard of early years practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead engaging early years activities such as role play, storytelling and early phonics.
• Draw on a range of approaches and resources to support inclusion and curiosity.
• Help children explore, learn and grow in confidence.
• Make each day varied and full of learning opportunities for young learners.
• Uphold the school's vision and core values so children are school-ready, safe and enjoy learning.
• Act as a role model for others in early years practice.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate as an active member of the school team.
