Job summary

Greenleas School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team at the Kestrel Way site. This term-time role supports children aged two to four, delivering engaging activities and phonics while promoting inclusion and curiosity.

It offers 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional development. You will be a Level 3 qualified EY practitioner who can model our school's values, support transitions from pre-school to reception,

Qualifications

• Must be a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner.
• Must be a proactive, enthusiastic team player.
• Able to model and uphold school vision and values.
• Demonstrates commitment to inclusive, high-quality early years education.
• Will ing to be flexible and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities such as role play, storytelling, and early phonics.
• Support inclusion and inspire curiosity among young learners.
• Help children explore, learn, and grow in confidence.
• Be an active member of the school team, fostering a culture of learning.
• Support smooth transitions from pre-school to reception within the Early Years provision.
