Job summary

Lincewood Primary School is recruiting for a part-time Early Years practitioner to join a thriving nursery for 3- to 4-year-olds. The role is permanent with term-time hours (8.15am–3.45pm) and sits on Scale 3 Points 6–7, with a 32.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or Level 2 with demonstrable experience).
• Paediatric First Aid Qualification required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; strong EYFS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as Key Person for a group of children, tracking progress and meeting needs.
• Engage with parents and carers to support each child's learning journey.
• Assist with planning EYFS curriculum activities and maintain progress records.
• Set up daily play activities, maintain health and safety standards, and provide basic first aid when needed.
