Bright Horizons Norfolk Lodge Montessori Day Nursery & Preschool in Barnet, Hertfordshire is hiring an Early Years Administrator for 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday during term time (46 weeks/year). You will lead parent outreach, support the manager with new nursery places and booking changes, and handle financial queries, invoicing tasks, and reports while providing excellent

Qualifications

• Previous experience within an administrative role.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to resolve customer issues and make independent decisions.
• Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry.
• Great communication skills, with colleagues, children, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead parent outreach initiatives and support the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions, and booking changes.
• Assist parents with financial queries and solutions.
• Coordinate monthly invoice runs, invoice debt, funding tasks, and manage payment plans.
• Support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.
