Oasis Academy Sholing is recruiting a friendly, enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to support short-term teacher absence. You will supervise whole classes, individuals or groups, maintain good order, and help students stay on task during lessons.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with young people, show resilience, and welcome the challenge of helping them learn and succeed. The academy offers staff development and a supportive team within a caring community.

Formación

• Previous experience in supervising students is desirable.
• Ability to manage a class and maintain discipline.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
