Abbey Grange CofE Academy is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our friendly team. The role is permanent, term-time only (38 weeks plus 5 days, 39 weeks) with part-time hours at 32.5 per week. This key position supports teaching staff and helps maintain a positive learning environment.

You will supervise classes, ensure safe, orderly learning, and assist colleagues to uphold high standards of teaching and learning within our Christian ethos.

• Supervise a class or group of students who will be carrying out work set by a teacher; managing behaviour and reporting back
• Provide high-quality support to ensure a safe, orderly, and structured learning environment in the absence of teaching colleagues
