Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager for Hurst Hill Primary, Dudley. This term-time role offers 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends and pay of £14.00 per hour.

You will lead the site team, ensure health and safety, monitor budgets and KPIs, and maintain high standards of food quality and service for students and staff. Qualifikationen

• Lvl 2 cookery qualification; willing to step up to Chef Manager
• Experience in managing a site, budgets and staff supervision
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations

Aufgaben

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure location meets Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation requirements.
• Maintain the company’s reputation for excellent food and service with client and customers.
• Be responsible for day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams, including inventories and budgets.
• Be main point of contact for client in school and drive regular improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets with line manager to ensure targets are achieved.
• Train and develop teams to excel in their roles and manage performance
