Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager for Hartford Infants and Juniors, Huntingdon. This term-time role (38 weeks/year) offers 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, at £16.00 per hour. You’ll lead the school kitchen, ensure high-quality meals, and act as the main client contact, while upholding Caterlink standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing food service in school environments.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
• Ability to lead and train teams and manage day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation.
• Manage day-to-day location running, inventories, budgets and action plans.
• Be the main client contact in the school and drive improvements and KPI achievement.
