Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager for St Clare's Catholic Primary, Fagley Road, Bradford. This term-time only role offers 25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, at £14.00 per hour.

Lead kitchen operations, ensure Health & Safety compliance, manage inventories and budgets, train staff, and be the main client contact for the school. DBS disclosure will be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards
• Ensure site meets Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation requirements
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service with client and customers, exceed expectations
• Run day-to-day location operations, supervise teams, inventories, budgets, and action plans
• Be main contact for client in school; implement regular adjustments and improvements
• Regularly communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets
• Train and lead teams; ensure training is completed and performance managed
