Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Chef Manager at St Lawrence Primary School in the UK. The role is term-time only, Monday to Friday, 08:30–13:30, totaling 25 hours per week across 38 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Term-time only role (no weekends)

• Prepared and presented food to Caterlink and client standards
• Ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental compliance

• Day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to required standards
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for quality food and service with client and customers
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the site and supervise inventories and budgets
• Act as main client contact in the school and implement improvements
• Communicate KPI progress and financial targets to line management
• Lead and train teams to ensure training completion and performance management
