Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising catering staff within a school or similar setting.

• Ability to manage cash handling and financial recording.
• Skills in menu planning, stock control and quality checks.

• Supervise a team of Facility Assistants (Catering) and assist with training and recruitment.
• Carry out cash counting, balancing and recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare, cook and present a varied menu.
• Manage function work and transfer food items for serving.
• Conduct storage, preparation, cooking and service tasks and maintain cleanliness in food areas.
