St Germans Academy is seeking a caring Afterschool Club Assistant to supervise and support children after school. This permanent, term-time role works 7.5 hours per week, 3:10pm–4:40pm, Monday to Friday, with an actual salary of £4,332.

You will plan and run a range of creative activities, promote inclusion and safety, help with snacks, and maintain a welcoming environment. A DBS check and safeguarding training are required (training available).

• Enjoy working with children and helping them develop confidence.
• Be enthusiastic, patient, and approachable.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and use initiative.
• Understanding safeguarding responsibilities (training may be provided).
• Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential.
