City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting two Tenant Liaison Officers to support an extensive improvement programme across the housing estate of over 20,000 homes. The post is part of the Low-Rise Block Management Team, with salary £30,188 - £34,452 (pro-rata for part time) and hours 32 per week, 52 weeks per year.

• Support the management of the relationship and services to the tenants during the delivery of the programmes.
• Carry out effective consultation to ensure the Council’s programmes are supported by the local communities and key stakeholders.
• Ensure the needs of individual, vulnerable tenants are identified and liaise with the appropriate services to identify workable solutions for everyone.
