Job summary

North Warwickshire Borough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Tenant Involvement and Experience Officer to join our Housing Team. This role focuses on developing engagement activities, meeting residents face-to-face, and using social media to broaden participation.

You will embed resident insight into service planning and delivery, build relationships across diverse communities, and help shape customer service standards.

North Warwickshire Borough Council provides housing services to over 2,600 tenants. We're committed to delivering excellent services and ensuring residents have a genuine voice in how those services are designed and improved.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Tenant Involvement and Experience Officer to join our Housing Team in this exciting new role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building relationships and bringing fresh ideas to tenant engagement. If you're passionate about making a difference and confident using social media to connect with people, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

About You

• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Has experience in housing, customer engagement, community development or a related field

Knowledge of social housing and consumer standards would be beneficial, but we welcome applicants who bring energy, creativity and a commitment to putting tenants at the centre of service delivery.
