Are you a great problem solver who enjoys helping people through difficult situations?

Do you remain calm under pressure, build positive relationships and find practical solutions to complex problems?

If so, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

Every day is different. You'll work with people facing housing difficulties, helping them understand their options and supporting them to find solutions to prevent or relieve homelessness. You'll need to listen carefully, assess circumstances, gather information, make informed decisions and work with customers and partner agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes. The role combines customer support, case management, problem‑solving and decision‑making, allowing you to make a genuine difference to people's lives.

  • The ability to build relationships with customers and partner organisations
  • A positive, solution‑focused approach

What You'll Bring

You will be motivated by helping people, comfortable managing a busy caseload and able to work independently while remaining part of a supportive team.
