P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is seeking a Tenancy Support Worker to join our housing and community service in Buxton and surrounding areas. You will help people with mental health needs by providing housing-related support, promoting independent living skills, and coordinating with partners across the county to achieve positive outcomes.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and may involve travel as part of your duties.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-related support to people with mental health needs in Buxton and surrounding areas.
• Act as a keyworker to encourage positive and healthy lifestyles and help develop independent living skills.
• Work with partners across the county using a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes.
• Ensure all paperwork is accurately recorded on the internal IT system.
