P3 Charity (People Potential Possibilities) is recruiting a Support Worker to help families in temporary accommodation achieve tenancy readiness. You will be a keyworker, promoting healthy lifestyles and supporting living skills development.

The role involves working with partners across the county on a multi-agency approach to drive positive outcomes. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, office-based with travel, and must hold a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Be able to record paperwork accurately on the internal IT system and make decisions to support people to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-related support to families in temporary accommodation and help them become tenancy ready.
• Act as a keyworker to encourage healthy lifestyles and develop skills for independent living.
• Collaborate with partners across the county using a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes.
