P3 Charity is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick. You will build positive relationships, promote healthy lifestyles and help individuals gain skills for independent living, working with local partners to achieve positive outcomes.

The role is office-based with travel, requires a full UK driving licence, and includes 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with DBS

• Build positive relationships with service users and support them to achieve goals.
• Provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness.
• Work across Leamington, Stratford and Warwick with partner organisations.
• Use internal IT system to keep clear, accurate records and make decisions.
