Guinness Partnership in Oldham is hiring a Customer Support Officer on a full-time, fixed-term contract with a 12-month horizon. The role operates on a hybrid model, 35 hours per week, aimed at sustaining tenancies and supporting residents with income, benefits and wellbeing.

You will work closely with teams, authorities and support agencies to deliver practical advice and advocacy, helping residents succeed and remain independent.

Formación

• Proven experience of working closely with residents in the housing sector.
• Proven knowledge of current welfare and housing benefits.
• Experience and success of cross agency working to deliver positive results in a collaborative manner.
• Proven ability to communicate complex information to colleagues and residents sufficiently to aid their understanding and actions.
• Proven ability to advocate on behalf of the company and/or residents when dealing with local authorities and other benefit agencies.
• Good oral and written communications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
• Up to date knowledge of new initiatives in the housing sector.
• Experience of providing cross-cutting services in the voluntary or statutory sector.
• Knowledge of current thinking in the sustaining tenancies field.
