Miles & Barr in Herne Bay is seeking a Tenancy Progressor to join our busy lettings team. You will coordinate with landlords and prospective tenants to smooth the application and referencing process, and manage references to ensure timely outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with landlords, and prospective tenants to facilitate seamless application and referencing process.
• Administering references from tenants seeking rental properties
• Communicating with both landlords and tenants effectively and efficiently.
• Taking ownership of all issues, queries and inquiries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
• Providing support to a busy, fast paced team.
