Job summary

Foxtons Worcester is seeking a Tenancy Manager to provide professional advice and assistance to tenants and landlords, ensuring tenancy life cycle runs smoothly from start to finish.

You will be the single point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling financial, rental and legal matters and coordinating any necessary maintenance projects. The role includes up to one day a week working from home after induction, with Worcester office base and easy transport links.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and assistance to tenants and landlords to ensure tenancy life cycle runs smoothly.
• Act as single point of contact for both landlords and tenants.
• Advise on tenancy lifecycle including financial, rental and legal matters.
• Coordinate maintenance projects as required.

About The Role

The Foxtons Tenancy Manager team offers professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords who have requested our premium service, to ensure that each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish.

Each of our dedicated Tenancy Managers provides a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants and offers advice on all aspects of the tenancy life cycle, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising any necessary maintenance projects.

This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided.
