Job summary

A Civil/Structural Engineering degree and 3+ years in design are required; Chartered status is desirable. Ideal candidates will have strong numerical and analytical abilities, proficiency in 2D AutoCAD, and the

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Ideally Chartered Engineer status.
• At least three years of design-based engineering experience.
• Knowledge of temporary works design and BS 5975.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in 2D AutoCAD.
• Ability to interpret drawings and GA.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality temporary works designs for projects.
• Produce calculations, drawings, and design documentation.
• Plan, design, and coordinate temporary works using industry software.
• Carry out site visits and surveys to develop safe solutions.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and clients across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and stay current with standards.
