Job summary

Halecroft Recruitment is seeking two Temporary Administrators for a week-long assignment in Meir, Stoke-on-Trent. You will work across 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with shifts 7:00am–3:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm. Training will be provided and the role involves precise data handling in a regulated warehouse environment.

The position requires strong IT skills, accuracy and a methodical, organised approach. Start date is 14th September 2026, with weekly pay at £12.83 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills and confidence using databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to concentrate and remain focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical and organised approach to work.
• Experience in a regulated, warehouse or process-driven environment is desirable but not essential.
