Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming SEND school in Northampton. This full‑time role supports pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the teacher and helping create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The position is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent, offering competitive pay, ongoing CPD, and dedicated consultant support throughout your placement.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a UK school or educational setting.
• Confidence managing a classroom and safeguarding knowledge.
• Good understanding of SEND and behaviour management.
• Excellent communication skills and eligibility to work in the UK.

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the teacher.
• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs.
