Job summary

Machine Mart Ltd. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join a small team. You will help customers with technical equipment, explain products clearly, and provide honest advice while building rapport and aiming to meet sales targets. You’ll work up to 27 hours per week and be part of a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, good numeracy, and basic computer skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers make informed choices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in selling technical products to customers.
• Experience in a retail customer service oriented environment.
• Previous experience in dealing with customers.
• Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
• Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
