The role involves precise stock management, logistics coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in stock control, preferably in fashion retail, and possess strong organizational skills.
We’re looking for an experienced and organised Stock & Operations Coordinator to oversee inventory control and support daily operations for a progressive multi-brand fashion retailer based in London. Suitable candidates must be immediately available.
To ensure precise stock management, seamless inbound and outbound logistics, and effective coordination across departments. This role supports retail and e-commerce operations by maintaining high inventory accuracy and streamlining operational workflows.
Liaise closely with internal teams, suppliers, couriers, and warehouse staff to uphold inventory integrity and operational efficiency.
The Role:
Accurately process deliveries, returns, stock transfers, and stock movements in line with company procedures.
Maintain stock levels across multiple locations, conduct stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure tidy, labelled, and compliant stock storage across all stockrooms.
Liaise with vendors and couriers to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
Prepare and format order confirmations, and update inventory records.
Assist with loss prevention and compliance through secure stock handling.
Generate stock reports and assist with forecasting and planning.
Support sales, e-commerce, and merchandising teams with accurate stock availability.
Take part in special projects such as product launches and VIP events.
The Candidate:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in stock control, ideally in fashion retail.
Experience in multi-brand environments preferred.
Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage physical tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, reaching).
