Job summary

Airedale by Modine is hiring a Temporary Spares Administrator in Leeds for 9–12 months to join the Aftermarket Spares Team and report to the Aftermarket Spares Manager. You will process spare parts orders, prepare quotations, support UK and international customers, and help optimise stock and sales opportunities.

The role requires strong organisation, accuracy and customer service skills in a fast-paced, global environment. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:00 and Friday 08:30–16:00.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Good IT skills; SAP experience desirable.
• Ability to multitask in a busy, time-sensitive environment.
• Experience in air conditioning, HVAC, engineering or manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process spare parts orders accurately on SAP, issue confirmations and support customers through the full order process.
• Prepare standard customer quotations including discounts, currency conversions and shipping costs.
• Respond to high volumes of UK and international customer inquiries with quotations across product ranges.
• Generate spare parts lists in SAP and prepare detailed quotations with staged discounts.
• Identify new sales opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external sales teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Follow up quotations and gather market feedback to improve conversions.
• Liaise with Purchasing to maintain stock levels and meet demand.
• Raise pro-forma invoices, process payments and review credit notes as required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and perform general admin duties.
