Job summary

Pact Coffee | B Corp™ is looking for a Production Operative at Wey Hill in Haslemere. This temporary role offers an hourly pay of up to £13.45 with generous benefits, including unlimited coffee and snacks at work. Responsibilities include packing coffee sachets, adhering to food hygiene standards, and preparing boxes for shipment. The position is open to individuals over 16 years old, with a team-focused environment and opportunities for development into permanent roles.

• Complete manual handling tasks up to your capability.

Job description

Production Operative

Location: Wey Hill in Haslemere, Surrey (2 minute walk from Coffee Roastery). Contracts available: Temporary / Seasonal. Start date - June with the possibility to work up to Jan 4th 2026. Operating Days: Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 3:00pm with a 30‑minute unpaid break. Pay: Hourly rate up £13.45 plus generous benefits. Must be over 16 years of age.
